Stage 2 Beachfront Villas Overview

Stage 2 Beachfront Villas of the Fiji Beach Resort & Spa, managed by Hilton is currently underway.

Stage 2 Beachfront Villas consists of 97 Villas on the beachfront.  These Villas are investment Villas with 10 weeks of personal usage rights per calendar year.  Villa types are

1 Bedroom Marina
2 Bedroom Sunset
2 Bedroom Ocean Vista
2 Bedroom Deluxe
2 Bedroom Penthouse sunset
3 Bedroom Beachfront
3 Bedroom Penthouse Sunset
4 bedroom penthouse garden
5 bedroom presidential beachfront

Construction of Stage 2 Beachfront Villas has commenced.  The 97 Villas are being constructed in two stages; Stage 2A comprising of 48 Villas and Stage 2B of 49 Villas.

Stage 2A is completed and the Villas are being released into the rental pool.  

Stage 2B is under construction and will  be completed by 2009.
